Photography: Once Upon a Wall (Dolus)

once_upon_a_wall_DOLUS-18The fifth Once Upon a Wall Workshop was with artist Dolus who is known for ‘intervening’ walls with his clever and sometimes political street art. Workshop attendees practiced stencil and spray techniques using TV character Heisenberg. I love how the final piece came together, it transformed a wall most of us have probably ignored into a piece of art referencing the current WA mining climate.

Whilst the workshops are now completed, the final artist will be painting at the Hubert Street Carpark this weekend so look out!

Thanks again to the Koolroom and Vic Park Collective.
